I have always used visual voicemail. As of today, I am not experiencing any problems with mine.
Same thing happened to me, I just uninstalled it until a new one comes along, this time maybe free?
My VVM was hung up on the sign in page. The little circle had been spinning since last Friday saying it was connecting. At that point, I could do nothing on that screen as it was totally frozen. I finally found a fix for it myself. Settings/Accounts & click on VVM. That's all it took to fix it. Wonder why Verizon didn't tell me that to begin with. All they said was I would have to wait for the new update. Thanks to all who responded. Gator
I reset to factory when it gave me problems, i just reset it to factory and it works now
