I just got the Charge this week and although I am able to record a video, I can't play any videos. This includes footage I've shot myself using the phone's camera as well as HBO or YouTube. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem? It's very frustrating!! I'll likely go into the Verizon store tomorrow if I get a moment but was curious to know if I was the only one having this problem.
If you are having problems playing all videos including the ones you recorded on your phone, it is most likely a glitch with the handset. What have you tried to fix it already? Have you tried a master reset? A soft reset? Let us know if your issue was resolved by going into the store as well.
