Video clips to Facebook

I have the Moto Droid.  I have had great luck sending photos to FB from my phone and wanted to send a video.  I have not been able to find a way to send a video directly to FB.  Is there a way to make this happen?

Thanks

try emailing it. when you originally linked your fb account to your phone #, they gave you a text # and an email address, that you could send status updates, pics, and vids through. i've had problems "messaging" vids to fb w/ the text number i use...but the email seems to work better (if i recall....it's been a while since i sent a video.) Also, make sure your video recorder is set to a lower quality, as these new cams in the phones are so nice that the file size may be to large? i know the last time i sent a 20 second video via text to fb that i got an error the the file was to large....so i sent a 10 second video via text and it appeared to send, but never showed up on fb?

When you first use the vid cam it's set to record in .3gp format.  Just open your camera function, open settings, change file type to mp4.  While your in there, you might want to also change all the resolutions to their highest settings.  No use in having a great lense if you don't take full advantage of it.

i don't know if that will work. fb lists .3gp as an acceptable format, so you shouldn't have to change it. they claim to encode about 8-10 different video formats (including .3gp and 2 other cell phone formats). i actually emailed fb yesterday (as i'm having the same problem and none of their help pages or forums specifically address this). i'll let you know if they ever get back to me.
