I have a question why my incredible can't play videos which are more than 10 min. The videos are taken with my incredible, when I click the play button it says video cannot be played. Anybody know what this is and how to fix it?
Have you tried contacting our Technical Support Department OR going in to your nearest Verizon Wireless Store?
