Visual Voice Mail

My Visual VM has locked up on my X and it wont let me in. I just received this device and never had the chance to ever make it work. it sits on the password screen with a window popped up that says signing in. it has been saying that for two hours now. I have tried rebooting and removing battery but it says the same thing when i turn it back on.

This may be a unique question but since you just got the phone have you checked on line and made sure they added it to your account and also keep in mind that it usually takes a couple of days to set system up for Visual Voice Mail if you havent used it before. Check your account and make sure that this feature is added because it is a optional feature.

First dial *228 send and option 1 on your phone.

Then try these steps to add the feature.

Ensure standard Voice Mail is configured and active.

Currently, Visual Voice Mail is not supported when connected via Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi must be disabled to receive new messages.

From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).

Touch Voicemail.

Touch Subscribe to Visual Voice Mail.

Visual Voice Mail is $2.99 per month / per line.

Review the User agreement then touch Accept to continue the activation process.

Enter the voice mail password then touch Login.

The Visual Voice Mail password is the same as the standard Voicemail password.
