I have a HTC Droid..........never used the Visual Voice Mail..........went to check it out today and says I need a password.Tried my voice mail one and it said no account found or incorrect password.

I cant find any info on this app(tried hitting menu w/o luck)...............

What do i need to do to activate it?(Im assuming that hasnt been done yet) or if maybe the Verizon rep did it for me,finding out or changing the password??

Thanks!

I don't know much about this, but I did discover that to use visual voice mail, there is a subscription fee of something like $2.99 a month.  Having learned that, I decided I didn't need VVM afterall and didn't look into it further. . . .

Same here with the $2.99 on the Visua Voicemail.

On top of the monthly charges, All of the Visual Voicemail apps stink to no end.

Google Voice is yer friend (if you can get an invitation)

Last I heard GV invites are only taking about 2 weeks to get now (I waited 2 1/2 months when they first announced it.)

Since nobody explained the GV reference to visual voice mail:  You can automatically have your "missed calls" forwared to your Google Voice account, and if you install the "Google Voice App"  on your Android, you have "visual voice mail" via the GV application, as well as get transcripts of the voice mail sent to your email.

(This relaly only touches the tip of what can be done with GV, but it is why the discussion is tied into VVM)
