WHY DOES

When I click on VCAST Apps, I get an error code.

the error says error unable to complete request

then is says  retry catalog home and exit and the only one that works is exit!

This a new phone--- a droid 2x

NO, I would like to see what is available and being that I paid $200 for this phone , i think I should not be getting error codes.
But what could have done wrong and haven't done?
Any info you got will be appreciated!!!

if you try to edit, then repost you'll see the "last edited" even if you don't change anything.

This problem is reported over on the Droid X forums. You're on the Droid 2 forums here. Try posting it on the X (or better yet, searching) and you'll most likely get an answer
