WMV videos not playing

I have tried to save to SD card and just open the videos in email. No luck either way. I have tried through the yahoo email app and the email that is the default on the phone. I can get audio to work, but no video (can hear it but get a black screen). Any ideas what is wrong? Any apps to download to fix this?

You can try saving the video to your computer, then transferring it to your phone using the phone and USB cable by following the steps below:

Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable
From the home screen, pull down the window shade (located at the top of the screen)
Select Disk drive then select Done
From the computer, open you removable disk (SD Card)
Copy the video from your computer to your SD Card

I want to just view the videos. It would be too much effort to do all that to view it on the phone. If I fire up the computer, I will just watch it on there. I would like to watch them on the phone without going through the computer.
