But this is NOT Android 2.3.15...there's no such thing. It's system version 2.3.15, but still Android version 2.2


Go in to your "About Phone" in the settings.....seeeeeeeee?

Got in late on the fun because I just got to work, but 2.2 is up and running without issues and I am happy to say..... Finally I got volume!!!!  :smileyhappy::smileysurprised:, Im good now, havenet tested anything else because the volume was my important item and I got what I needed... Now Ill focus on testing all other features.

to the previous post up top.... 2.3.15 is the newest version of froyo..although its still 2.2, its a better version of it.

sorry iGeO.  because it has a higher number doesn't mean it's "better".  I don't believe there is any documentation that would make this version of 2.2 better or even "different" than other versions.  Any differences would be strictly based on needs for this phone and carrier.

 

in my opinion.
