Ever since yesterday (one day after the latest OS update). My Droid Incredible has been deteriorating. Started yesterday when I had no data plan availability. I called support using *611 and they could not help me unless I had an alternate number.
Then last night and all today, my Phone is constantly rebooting. It doesn't even make it to a sign in screen before it resets. I've had to take out the battery. So now its useless.
Now I'm trying to get support and the 800 number for support does not work. I either get the call cannot be connected or a busy signal!
Is there like a massive Verizon bug going on?!?!?
So now I'm two days into an inoperable phone and I'm going on vacation tomorrow.
Guess I'm going to need to take a trip to a Verizon store.
This is ridiculous.
Same issue; none of the numbers are working. I called for a different reason - Verizon's service is lousy where I live and I'm trying to get out of the contract. Now, I cannot get through to any number - support, sales, even *611. This is a major issue for them.
