My son's phone feel in a pool.  It is a droid mini.  How do I dry it out?

Leave it turned off and under a fan.  Don't use a hairdryer and rice rarely works, but its worth a shot.  Let dry for 24-48 hours.  It might or might not function completely, partially, or at all.

Although a pool has chemicals that may have damaged the phone internally, worse than getting it wet with just plain water. Good luck.

Well, it's been 2 days now. How did it go with drying out the phone? Is it working?
