Whatever happened to hands free dialing?

Two questions please: 1) how do I prevent duplicate calendar entries (using Outlook 2010) and 2) my hands free dialing works intermittently at best.

Let's get this resolved ASAP, TheSmallBizMD! I would suggest removing and re-adding your email account. This should reset your calender entries and prevent the duplicate updates.

Are you referring to hands free dialing when you're connected to your car via bluetooth? Please provide me with a few more details about your second question. I look forward to hearing back from you.

I appreciate your help. The blue tooth is an in ear model rather than integral to the vehicle. As for the duplicates I will try what you have suggested.
