Phone: Verizon Samsung Droid Charge
Firmware version: 2.6.35.7-EP4
When I upload attachments (unless they are under 150kb) with my emails my hotspot loses its connection to the internet and that means no-go for sending the email. Is there a solution to this? I live in a 3G area and Verizon said this should not matter. I tested my computer using a Verizon employee's hotspot and it uploads attachments just fine. So...I'm thinking it's the phone.
Note: If I tether the phone it will upload the files.
Thanks for the help as Verizon seems clueless! I'm tired of "resetting my phone"!

Well... for some strange reason everything is now working okay; I didn't do anything to my phone. I wonder if they had a data problem and never bothered to tell their support people... Anyway, I hope this keeps working!
