I have just purchased a Samsung Droid Charge and cannot find the Sent emails folder nor any way to add it. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

In Gmail app hit menu then hit Go to labels. You will see everything listed there.

I don't know how to do it in gmail, but in the regular email app (envelope with @ symbol) if you click the settings button then folders it'll show your sent emails in the sent folder...
But my email is yahoo...so that may not work for you either.

What about for email other than gmail? When I open such an email app, there are no "Labels" in the menu.
Also, in response to rkemnitz, my regular email account has no "Sent" folder. That's why I'm asking.

Same issue here. New Droid Charge, but do not have a 'SENT' folder on my POP3 email account, so I have no account of emails I am sending from my phone.
How do I get a sent folder out there?
TIA.

In the email app go to settings, folder, sent messages, not sent items. Mine works for 2 separate email accounts however both are IMAP, not POP3. I set up my Gmail account in the regular email app so I can access both my accounts at the same time. It works the same for Gmail in this app.
