I downloaded a ringtone from the Verizon website. I followed the directions to open "Message Options" and then "Save audio." A message then appears saying, "The attachment has been saved successfully." But the mp3 does not show up in the Music app. Where is it? I am so frustrated!!!!

It will show up, eventually (a reboot should make it show up right away), or you can download a file explorer from the market. This will allow you to view the contents of your sd card from your phone and you can dig through the folders and find it that way. If you do this, I would suggest creating a folder named media containing folders named notifications, ringtones, and alarms, then move it to the appropriate folder. That way, when you set a ringtone using your settings, it will show up in the list.

Click on the music app.
Then click on the three horizontal bars (This lists the music)
Scroll down to OTHER or OTHER ARTISTS and see if it is there. If so, you can leave it there and link to a number or as the prior poster stated, use a file explorer program to move it where you like. You can also coonext your device to a PC and move it also.
