Where is the Recent Folder? How do I find it?

Can anyone tell me where to find the Recent folder so I can clear it out?

Let me make a guess, you must be a  former Windows Mobile user, if so you will notice that Android is some what diffrent... There isnt really a recent folder for previously opened applications and history of items opened in a app is usually managed by that application so each application will have there own list of recently accessed but not a applications support this feature also...  So like TheGreatOne asked, which recent folder ar you tring to find and for what app?
