I don't know if this had anything to do with it but had downloaded a free "optimizer" app...when it re-arranged all my things, I decided to uninstall it and now I cannot get a network connection. Just wondering if anyone had a similar issue -- going to Verizon store but can't use VZNavigator to find it so we'll see
