What are your settings? To check, from any home screen, press the Menu button (left physical button) and then select Setting > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks. I think the preferred settings on this screen are Use packet date (checked) and Data roaming (checked). As to the System selection, you may want to toggle between CDMA mode and LTE automatic to see which works better.

Post back and let us know what you found.

Yep. I'm having the same issue. I checked my settings as you indicated but everything is fine. I think Verizons network is down and its due to the strike. I'll call Verizon but they are currently experiencing crazy long wait times.

I'm still going to call. But I needed to use my GPS later today and since I'm only able to connect with wifi, it looks like its not going to happen in time. =/

The strike is in the wireline division (old landline phone network) not wireless, so I don't think that's the cause of the issue.

Hello sharonbethd and thank you to the other community members for your responses. Please advise me if you are still unable to connect to the web. If not, send me a PM and include a contact number and the best time to call you.
