All of a sudden my outgoing email server will not function. It has been working for a long time and now it doesn't. Have check my settings to ensure they are correct. However, it still doesn't work. Would prefer not to do a hard reset.

Having emails right on your phone is very handy Kathy. We want this fully up and running for you too. This is odd that it all of a sudden started happening. Let's check into this for you. What type of email account is it? AOL, Yahoo, Outlook, etc? What error do you get when you try to send a message? Are you using the standard email app for the phone or did you download an alternate app using the Play Store?
