I want to reply to a post that I found helpful - about why my screen goes blank when I make a phone call. But the Reply button is disabled. Also, I can't find a way to mark a Kudos for a good post.

The address for the particulat post is
http://community.vzw.com/t5/DROID-by-Motorola/Phone-call-problem-screen-goes-blank/m-p/112223
I am logged in and the Reply button is disabled - but this time I was able to click on machwave's Kudos to increment it.
I found that the proximity emitter/sensor pair is visible, by shining a bright light at that upper left corner.
Covering the detector was my problem - so his post was most informative!
- Any chance that the Reply button is disabled Administratively, like "old post, not active"?

Reply is disabled for me on that post as well? Don't know why. I didn't see anything (obvious) that would indicate it isn't a "normal" post, but I could easily have missed something.
Sorry I'm not more help.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I don't post a reply to the thread in particular, but I was able to get to the "Reply to message" page. This was using my computer and IE8.
