How are we supposed to find solutions to our issues other than flipping through every single page looking for our problem or reposting a thread that may have already been addressed?
Man I am really dissatisfied with these forums, which should be the first point of contact between Verizon and its customer base.
There is a search. Are you using the mobile site or the full one?
