I see many others with my issue but the suggestions aren't working for me. I hope a Verizon rep will comment on my situation. I have a new Droid Mini and an iPhone 5 (personal and work). Both are with Verizon. I use the default text messaging apps: Messaging App and Messages SMS. Messages with pictures will not come through on either device. Droid to iPhone? nothing. iPhone to Droid? Messaging app notification appears in upper left but the message is never there. How do I fix this? and on which phone?

To save on my data plan, I've had WiFi on and Data Enabled unchecked (Under settings, wireless & networks, more, mobile networks, data enabled). Shouldn't the design allow for MMS over WiFi? very disappointing.
After I checked the box, all my "test" texts and those from friends quickly appeared.
