I got my phone about a week ago. An upgrade. It took a few days for the internet to work on my blackberry pearl, but it finally came on. But it doesn't want to work on my incredible. It says scanning, but that's all it ever does.
Try removing your battery from your cell phone for 30 seconds. Replace your battery and update your phone by dialing *228 and select the option to update.
