My phone will not charge if powered off and plugged into wall outlet but will charge if turned on. Does anyone know why this would happen? Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions!
Hey there Pass2me. That certainly is odd that your phone will charge when turned on, but not if its completely turned off. You should be able to charge your phone either way and I am here with the help you requested.
It sounds like it could be an issue with the charger. Have you tried a different charger? I would also try powering off the device and removing the battery. Give it about 30 seconds and power the device back on. Test the charger with the phone both off and on to see if you have the same issue.

I believe it may be my charger as well - seem to charge just fine with car charger and I borrowed a friend's charger yesterday and it charged just fine. I appreciate all your help! Thanks again!!
