Windows 7 Recognition of Droid?

When I plug in my Droid to my Win 7 laptop, it doesn't recognize the device, either in the "Library" area or the "Computer Area". My Samsung was recognized right away. Is this a case of needing to format the SD card (it IS inserted), or what?

Make sure after you plug in, that you pull down the notifications tab on the droid and click USB connection, then choose mount. it'll then show up under computer as a removeable drive.

Thank you! That worked perfectly. Strange that I couldn't find that info anywhere in the User Manual (.pdf).

Thanks again,
