Won't load my existing gmail

I'm trying to load my existing gmail account and I keep getting

"login to account failed please try again"

Help please

Check you data connection and make sure other devices can access the wen, reboot if needed and then try again.....  Also you havent change password recently did you?

I'm a beginner What should I check for as far as data connection,  what is wen, how do you reboot? sorry I'm an idiot

First thing you are not a idiot, you are simply a user needing help learning a deviced, we all have went through that stage, so dont sweat it..

 

WEN??  Ah ok :smileysurprised:Sorry the word was suppose to be WEB not wen sorry typo...     As for checking connection, does your browser or any other apps still connect to the web without issues?  If not then try restarting your device and see if it helps..
