I have gone through 4 car charges and was relying on wall chargers to keep my phone charged while at work on the road. Now even my wall chargers are not working. The port seems to be loose and doesn't allow for the male end of the charger to make a good seat in the port. I've tried everything and to no avail. What gives Verizon?

Keeping your phone charged is very important to us Hoderbaby13. I'm sorry to hear you are having so many issues with the charging port. The port and the actual charger can be sensitive if used with force. I have also had to replace my charge before so I understand. If the port is loose, it may look as if its damaged and eventually the phone will need to be replaced. Every new phone comes with a 1yr manufactures warranty, which covers defects not caused by damage. YOu can take the phone to a corporate store to be evaluated and if your still under warranty and there is no damage, it can be replaced. If you know it is damaged or they can see damage, you will have to replace it through insurance, if you have it or by purchasing a new phone. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Check for insurance online via my verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc . Check for upgrade eligibility via #Upg.
