Yahoo Mail on Droid X

I have a standard free Yahoo web mail address (the one without the POP feature that you actually have to pay for) and have a question about reading Yahoo mail on the Droid X, which I am considering purchasing.  Is there an Android app to either push or fetch a standard Yahoo mail account to the Droid X so I don't have to log in via the Internet browser to my Yahoo account?

Yes, there is a Yahoo Mail app free in the marketplace.

It was released in the last week or so, with that in mind there may be a few bugs but I imagine Yahoo will sort those pretty quickly.

I have a couple of free Yahoo email accounts and I am able you use the default email app to send and recieve email from my accounts without paying any addition fees... Have you tried to setup using the default yahoo account settings?

I haven't bought the Droid X yet, I'm waiting for some good/better deals on this phone either closer to or immediately after Christmas.  I was just checking to see if my Yahoo mail account would be accessible through the Droid X without logging in to my account via the browser.

Yep there are plenty of methods to avoid the web login.  Several Apps and of course the Droid X has a mail function that will work with it.

 I imagine the best deals on the Droid X will be the week of Thanksgiving.  That's when VZW kicks off all of it's sales, however if a product is already selling well, they may list slow selling devices instead.  New phone lineup is due for 1st quarter of 2011, so anywhere from January to March, that's when they really slash prices.
