Okay, I have Adobe Flash Player 10.1 but I cant watch youtube videos.....still, please help

Tech support should be able to walk you through the issue...if they cant fix the issue, they will want to send you a new (refurbished) Droid (assuming) you have insurance.
I had with the gallery/camera and my gmail..even after the 2.1 update..then phone was stolen, got a refurbished replacement and then the issues resurfaced...they sent me a new one eventually...meaning it wasn't refurbished.

You can check to see if you have phone insurance on your bill, or in your My Verizon Account online. Phone insurance is usually indicated by the features TEC (Total Equipment Coverage) or WWP ( Wireless Phone Protection). On the bill phone insurance would be listed as a feature (prices vary, usually $4.99 and up). When you log into your My Verizon account as the account owner. You could go to features on the account actions tab to view features. Click on the add features link to see your features. Insurance is usually under additional features.
