My charging port failed, Verizon sent me a new phone, I had just synced with my Gateway computer (which ALSO has a micro SD card slot), I can access photos that were on my phone, how do I access the other relavent info I'd like to recover??? ie. Contacts, Messages, Documents
I am using Windows 7 Home Professional, and due to it's design, searching from the desktop is not giving relevant results
I just find it hard to believe that there's no work-around, need a definitive answer!
MUST return old phone tomorrow, don't want to give it up until I have to, but time is running out
