Just saw other post about phone that just keeps looping. Mine started acting up at times saying certain things needed to be forced to close but continued to work - then it started saying it didn't have enough space to get my messages or to install apps even though the phone shows the card and the phone itself as having 5-6 gigabytes of space. Finally today it just started saying everything had to close and I couldn't get to home page or such and it wouldn't shut off. Now - a post on the other message said "make sure it's powered down and then remove the battery" - if it WON'T do anything including power down the only thing one can do is take the battery out. Did that - now it just keeps coming up with HTC and then the droid eye and saying "DROID" and then going back and doing that over and over - can't be shut off - only way to stop it is to take battery out again Now I'm stuck without a phone and have no idea why this is freaking out - but suggestions to do various things with it can't work when it won't even complete a startup! Six months old, never been dropped or gotten wet or anything.

I recommend doing a master reset on your phone. If this does not work I recommend taking your phone to a Verizon Wireless store for troubleshooting assistance. I have provided instructions below on how to process a master reset and a link to our store locator.
Thank You

I find that you should just pull a battery at that point. If it's looping and doing the droid thing as you say the first step as Verizon Posted is to clear the cache. If that fails to clear the memory (Or do a hard reset). You can do this by Booting into Recovery mode. search the Internet but you can do it with it powered off (Or battery out and insert battery and hold the joystick or Volume down key) becareful what you do. Depending on your knowledge you may want to be on the phone with verizon support or go into the store for assitance (Stores can't do alot to help from personal experiance)

You may want to try the following to see if looping quits. If it does it most likely is a corrupt app or an app conflict.
