Good Morning,

You can't add a signature with stock messaging on the Motorola Droid. I use Handcent (available for free from the market) for messaging. You can add a signature and it is just a much better app.. You can really customize your settings. I highly recommend it!

You can download the app called Chomp SMS and add a signature to text that way too.

Signatures have been known to cause issues in my account. Whenever someone received them, the message is garbled. I erased signature and good to go. Just a heads up that some people will receive garbled messages, not all tho.
