after changing devices not all my data transferred

I just changed devices, but not all my data (wallpaper & apps) transferred.  How can I get them off the old and onto my new?

We want you enjoying your new device. What phone did you have previously? Were your wallpapers part of a 3rd party app that you were using on your previous device?
