The battery on my phone is not holding charge at all. I have to keep taking the battery out and putting it back in. Does anyone else have this trouble also? Will verizon let you use the insurance to replace the phone or battery?

If your problem is a dying battery (they do fail after a number of charges) I would recommend buying a replacement battery online from somewhere like Amazon (see link below). You can get a new OEM battery for about $10 or less which is much less than either Verizon or the insurance company deductible would be for a new phone.
