Is it a glitch? but when I stream music to my car, the volume is controlled by the phone first, by the car second. If the volume is down on the phone, there is no sound in the car. The volume must be up.
That is perfectly normal, how would radio get any sound if the device is turned down... This is abnormal. You wouldnr plug a headset in and turn down the volume and still expect sound, this is the same way because if the phone (Source) is turned down no sound will be transmitted.
