Exported Outlook 2002 mountain standard time calendar to Gmail calendar, also mountain standard, but appointments come in as central time. Same on my device. How do I get appointments on Gmail desktop and device to show mountain standard?

I have provided instructions below on how to set your time zone to mountain standard time on your Motorola Droid 2:

  1. From the home screen, select the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Date & time.

  4. To use network provided date & time values select Automatic.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

  5. Select Set date.

  6. Adjust the date then select Set.

  7. Select Select time zone.

  8. Select the time zone.

  9. Select Set time.

  10. Adjust the time then select Set.

  11. If desired, select Use 24-hour format.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

  12. Select Select date format.

  13. Select the date format.

Thanks but this was already done. Automatic is a green check, Set date is greyed out for today's date, Time Zone is Mountain Standard, Time is correct for my location, 24 hour is grey and Date format is 2/14/2011. An appointment for 7PM today is shown as 8PM. Suggestions?

You might need to sign into your gmail calendar from a PC and check the time zone settings there.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Thanks but I have signed in to Gmail and the setting is Mountain Standard. If I change to Pacific zone, my appointments change to Mountain Standard, like Mountain Standard shows up as Central.
