After I updated to 2.2 i no longer get call waiting id. I hear the call waiting tone, and I can switch calls, but the phone no longer shows me who is calling. The call waiting call also never shows up in my missed calls log. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Caller ID during the call should not be a problem after the update.
First lets make sure that your device has the latest update.
From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Touch About Phone
Touch System Updates
Next lets do a soft reset.
Soft Reset
Press the Power key.
Touch Power off.
Touch OK.
Press the Power key to power on the device.
Then could I get you to dial *228 send and option 1 on that device.
After that you would want to verify your call settings.
From the main screen, touch Menu
Touch Settings
Touch Call Settings
