My camera on my phone will not auto focus, also sometimes when the screen locks, it will not unlock, just stays black and i have to take of the battery and turn it back on to get it to work..... any help?
Could be something wrong with the device or a bad app.
You should not have to remove the battery to reboot. Press shift+alt+delete on the physical keyboard, it should reboot.
I'm having the same problem. While my husband thinks it MUST be settings, that would only apply if I were changing the settings between the times when it works and when it doesn't. I do not. I check the settings (sometimes) and nothing has changed. Resave, no different. Scroll through different types of camera Scenes, no change. Sometimes it seems to be stuck in macro focus though I haven't been in macro recently, and sometimes even close up objects, that would focus in macro, do not.
The concensus seems to be "return it to the store for a new one." I also do not want a refurbished phone, my phone is only a couple months old and I would essentially be paying full price for a refurbished phone. Unhappy.
