Over 9000 dollars.
Actually, we wouldn't have that answer here, seeing as how none of us have access to your account nor see what it would cost.

If you are within 4 months of your contract expiring, it will cost $200 to upgrade to the Droid, either instantly online or after $100 mail-in rebate if purchased in a Verizon store, and of course, you will be forced to add the $30/month data plan as well. If, however, you're not within 4 month of the end date of your current contract, you would have to pay full price for the phone, which I believe is $600. If you don't know when your contract ends, you can find out in your account info on Verizon's website, or by contacting a customer service rep, either in a Verizon store or over the phone.
