can't get any emails on my droid 2

I think I have tried everything, without any luck on my wife droid 2. we have qwest for an internet provider. Her email ends in q.com. I have tried changing the server info to mail.qwest.com, mail.q.com, qwest.com.....

help any anwsers to this problem.
