for a week now, i havent been able to send or recieve picture messages. i use stock messaging and havent touched any of my settings. to try something different i downloaded handcent and nothing has worked. nothing has changed on my phone. please help this is very irratating.
Just a stab as I have heard of this on Virgin Mobile so by chance are you prepaid or postpaid? In any case, try calling in as I think it is less likely to be your phone.

Ok, another stab. If you were to call in, they would likely ask you to update your PRL, so you might as well try that.
And to serve as a test, you should be able to set up yourself as a contact then try sending yourself a message.
