cannot play video

when I receive a video in an email, I can't get the video to play when it's on youtube..... once again, my smartphone is smarter than I.

anyone else have this happen to them ??

I'm sorry your having an issue with a video. I would be happy to help. How big was the video? Can the person send you a link to the video instead?

The network accepts the video message if it is in the .3g2 format under 500 kilobytes in size.

Please let me know so we can get this addressed.
