Cannot send or receive text messages.  Says sms error cause code 64 error class 2.  How do I fix this has been out since yesterday?

This is very strange threebsandg4! Let's start by reprogramming this phone as this may resolve the issue. To reprogram please power off and remove the SIM card for one minute, the reinsert SIM and power back on. I also recommend downloading, installing and using Verizon Messages App http://bit.ly/13rcZfv Keep us posted.
