cant get ringback tone to work plz help

i purchased a ring back tone and i cant get it to work. both on the internet and my phone it says its set as a default but when someone tries to call it, it doesnt play!? plz help. ive read every FAQ and read in forums...everything seems to be right on my side idk what to do

Download the verizon tones app off the the android market and you should be able to buy ringback tones (:

Steps to setup on your phone by going into the App Market and download Vcast Tone, select Manage ringback tones, My ringback tones touch the ringback in question then it will give you an option to set as default. On the website when you sign to the account at www.verizonwireless.com double click on Media, over to the left under ringback tones click on manage and drag the ringback tone to set as default.
