Felicia0286, are you still experiencing issues with your picture messages. Try powering off your device and removing the battery. Then dial *228 + send and choose option 1. Try sending a picture message. Have someone try to send you one. If the issue persists, send me a PM with your mobile number and I will contact you to further troubleshoot the issue.

I had the same problem with my phone. I followed these instructions and I was able to send and receive picture messages again for a day and then it stopped working. I tried following the directions again but no result this time. What can I do?
