If you have a 3g device please dial *228 send then choose option 1. If you have a 4g device please power down the device remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest.Please let me know if the issue persists. I am having the same problem. I changed my number today and my phone now won't call or text, incoming or outgoing. I tried resetting my phone and I tried taking out the sim and putting it back in. What else can I try?
