has anyone have any trouble with the motorola charger that is given to you with the droid 2??

Are you referring to the wall charger or the Motorola multimedia gadget which came with the Droid 2? If you are referring to the wall charger, no, I have no problems with it. If you are referring to the desktop multimedia gadget, I have to remove the Droid from its case to make it fit correctly into the cradle. This is a pain, so I don't use it that often. As far as problems with this gadget, the only trouble I've had with it is making sure that the USB on the cradle fits into the USB port on the phone.

The multimedia dock has an insert that can be removed that makes it easier to put the phone in. it's still a bit of a pain, but better.

The one that came with my Droid R2D2 is one piece, no insert like the one you can purchase. I wish it did have an insert because removing the silicon holder is a pain. Putting it back on is a snap (no pun intended).

Your welcome. It's called a cheaper version, one I hardly use. I prefer the wall charger because it's faster and does a better job in charging the battery.
