connecting to app market

we are not sure how to correct this, when we try to open the app market it gives a network error message. How do we solve this issue? any ideas?

i figured it out finally. I had a block on the internet from his old phone, I changed the status and it works fine. :smileytongue:

Power the phone off for awhile and even take the battery out. Then turn the phone back on and see if you access the market.
