Any ideas. My Incredible keeps losing all contacts. Back up assistant is useless???
How are you synching your contacts? Are you using Gmail or Backup Assistant?
If you are using Gmail, log into your Gmail account from a computer and verify that the contacts are listed. If you are using Backup Assistant, log into My Verizon and check to make sure your contacts are not in your trash. If the contacts are in your trash, restore them and try a sync.
