My contacts have been deleted for the third time in one week. I haven't clicked anything to make this happen what has happened in the past is I will be texting someone then once I get a response and look at it the number pops up and not the persons name. Then when I check my address book all of my contacts are gone. I have tried to do backup but for some reason it doesn't give me the option to restore my contacts. So I need help please!
Thats a strange one, are you using backup assistant? Also check and maje sure contacts are still on BA or Google (Depending on which you sync with)..

It can certainly be frustrating to have your contacts deleted. I can correct this issue for you. I need additional information to provide you the best solution. When did this issue start? Have you downloaded any new applications on your phone which may have caused this to happen. Have you updated the software on your device? Did this occur after the software update?
Are your contacts saved on your Google account or the Backup Assistant?
If they are saved on your Google account, you may restore then by following the steps below:
- Menu
- Settings
- Accounts & Sync
- Select G-mail account
- Sync Now (confirm that Auto-sync is checked)
